Description:

Ralph Higbee, a 40-year-old alcoholic, lives with his mother, caring for her until she dies. Grieving, he agrees to take LSD with three women, hoping for a replacement for his lost family. He marries Josephine, seeking companionship, but struggles to meet her sexual needs and leaves when he discovers her infidelity. He marries again, to Amanda, only to find she is also unfaithful and plotting to steal his money. Ralph marries a third time, finally finding happiness, until he unexpectedly cheats on her. When she discovers his betrayal, she vows revenge.
