Description:
Steve, a homeless man, agrees to be part of an experimental drug trial. Unbeknownst to him, the doctor running the trial is a criminal with plans to create an invincible thief. The drug gives Steve superhuman abilities, like those of Superman. After exacting revenge on those who have wronged him, Steve discovers the doctor's true intentions for him.
