Description:
A new theatre company, Kvadrifrons, has taken up residence in the historic Riga Circus. The group – Ance, Āris, Klāvs, Reinis, and others – are working to revive and keep alive the art of live performance within the circus's walls, building a stage in the stables. The name "Kvadrifrons," a Latvian acronym, reflects their spirit: friendship, creativity, and intelligence. Amidst the lingering scent of elephants, echoes of the circus’s past appear. As shamanistic rituals blend with clowning, fortune-telling merges with illusion, and stagecraft intertwines with personal experiences, something unexpected begins to take shape. From the unexpected, Theatre emerges.
