Description:

Stacie Randall stars as Harley, a former Special Forces agent now working as an investigator. She joins the local police to investigate what appears to be a mob hit. However, her real mission is to find Francis Lydell, her former commanding officer and lover. He shot her in the head when she refused to join his assassination squad. Still suffering from disorientation due to a bullet fragment, she presses on to stop Lydell from killing a Mafia informant being held at the police station. The film is written by Chris Holland.
