Description:
A member of the secretive Eagle Talon, an organization that includes the President and Dr. Leonardo, celebrates the outcome of an Omikuji in Shimane Prefecture, the birthplace of the battle chief Yoshida. Simultaneously, the malevolent empire Nemerle launches an invasion of the planet Gogogo, a world of mechanical lifeforms far beyond our universe. Oquitemas Smile, a middle-aged man without any mechanical parts, and his daughter Jorney arrive on Gogogo seeking "a man with sharp ears living in a shining blue star," as foretold in a prophecy that promises to end the crisis. They eventually discover this legendary savior at the Eagle Talon's hidden base.
