¡Mezquita no! (2005)

The installation of a mosque in a residential building sparks protests from neighbors who argue the building isn't suitable for a place of worship. The Muslim community was initially granted a temporary license for Ramadan, with the understanding they would relocate afterward. However, residents feel misled, as they had been protesting the mosque’s opening for months. After the mosque is moved to a vacant lot outside the town, "No Mosque!" examines the dialogue and reflection surrounding this event, exploring the facts, reasons, and consequences of a growing conflict common in European societies with increasing immigration.
