Description:
Carla Michelsen offers each of her three children 250,000 euros if they sign a contract disowning them. Will they accept? Philipp, the youngest, is desperate for the money after losing a fortune through speculation. Rita takes time to decide, but eventually agrees to the deal. Doro, the middle child, is the only one who strongly opposes it, valuing family above all else. The siblings prefer to stay in a hotel rather than with their mother, while Doro's daughter, Joe, stays with her grandmother. They get along well, but when Joe reveals she’s pregnant, Carla bluntly advises her to have an abortion, shocking Joe. In a spontaneous act, Joe leaves with some of the money, leading to unexpected problems.
