Description:
Hanako Kitamura, a health food delivery worker who was the victim of a marriage scam orchestrated by Nobuo Takada, finds refuge at an udon shop owned by Kazuyoshi Minowa. She begins working there, alongside Rei, and her cheerful personality quickly makes her popular. Meanwhile, Minowa's friend Takanori Gomi is struggling to keep his bookstore afloat, and he and his wife Akane decide to close it and move away. Kazuyoshi sees them off. As Hanako settles into her work, she develops feelings for the kind Kazuyoshi, who in turn finds himself drawn to her bright spirit. One night, Kazuyoshi reveals that his daughter, Sachi Sudo, is nearby. Sachi left home to be with Kenji because of Kazuyoshi's disapproval of their relationship.
