Description:
The Dragon Tiger brothers are yakuza operating in Japan's Han Chinese district. One brother, Noboru, has a dragon tattoo on his arm, while the other, Takeshi, bears a self-representing tattoo. After the war, they owe a debt to Sangokujin Wang Haidong, who was killed in a mutiny but now serves the leader of the Takeda group, who murdered Wang's father. When the group leader orders them to take over, a young leader named Honda, skeptical of this plan, teams up with Wang Rei, head of the black society. Together, they begin seizing control of the Han Chinese district and the Takeda group. This sets the stage for a deadly confrontation between the brothers Ryu-Tora and Wang Retsu, who have never met, despite sharing a connection to Wang Haidong.
