Despite being one of the EU's poorest countries, Latvia's capital, Riga, is a thriving modern city. However, just outside the city lies a world frozen in time. Many Latvians leave for work and opportunity, both within Latvia and abroad. The film explores what it would take to revitalize the country and ensure a future for its younger generations.
