Thaiflavor (2021)

Fang Bingbing, a childhood martial arts enthusiast, discovers a secret martial arts manual and becomes known as a local tough guy. After a championship win, he attempts to compete in an international Muay Thai tournament but is quickly defeated. Papa Mo, once a renowned chef, is betrayed, loses his business, and subsequently his sense of taste, falling into poverty and alcoholism. Determined to help his father rediscover his passion, Mal seeks to restore Papa Mo's confidence. Fang Bingbing offers his unique sense of taste to aid them. This leads to a funny and uplifting story about a martial artist chasing his dreams and a former culinary star rebuilding his life.
