Description:
In a South Bohemian village nestled among silver ponds and dark forests lives Jindřich (Radek Valenta), who sets out to rescue a cursed princess. He arrives at a haunted mill where he meets Eliška (Andrea Černá) and her father. Eliška is drawn to Jindřich and tells him the princess is in the pond, so he stays to help at the mill. But the devil and the waterman, both vying for Eliška's affection, disapprove. They plot to drive Jindřich away, but a wealthy older man also appears as a suitor. When Eliška rejects all of them, her father demands she choose a husband by the full moon, or the first man to ask for her hand will win her. A competition among the suitors then begins.
