Description:
From the director of "Junpei, Think Again" and "Stay With Me Till The Dawn" comes a poignant drama about a beautiful prostitute and a young man drawn to the pleasure district. Set against the backdrop of Taisho-era architecture, Shigeru, an unemployed man burdened by debt, arrives at the Yukaku, a place seemingly frozen in time. He encounters Kazumi, a captivating prostitute, and dedicates himself to nurturing her emotional well-being as a female teacher. Amidst the interwoven desires and bittersweet stories of the Yukaku's inhabitants, the two develop a deep affection for each other. This marks Hitomi Wada's first leading role, including a bed scene, while Masaru Mizuno of "BOYS AND MEN" portrays Shigeru.
