Tokyo Chiken no Otoko (2021)

Real estate agent Taeko Ohashi is murdered. Prosecutor Shinsuke Higashimaru is assigned to the case and focuses on Seiji Yamaoka, a restaurant owner who rented property from Ohashi. Yamaoka had confessed to police about killing Ohashi during an argument over unpaid rent. Higashimaru believes in approaching suspects without bias, so he and his assistant begin questioning Yoshio Ishimori, a security company executive who claims to have seen Yamaoka fleeing the scene.
