Description:

As a child, a man witnesses the drowning of his father by four men. Years later, he systematically hunts down and kills each of them. His final target proves more difficult than the others; he only manages to wound the man. He then kidnaps the man's daughter, taking her to a remote location. Meanwhile, a former police officer has been relentlessly tracking the man's actions.
