Description:
Disillusioned with his role, Santa Claus (Charles Durning) decides to retire from Christmas. A young girl, hoping to bring her parents back together for the holiday, convinces him to change his mind. With the help of his clumsy chief elf, Philpot (Bruce Vilanch), Santa and the girl journey across the country. During their travels, Santa rediscovers the importance of his work and the kindness of people.
