High school teacher Masato Saito learns from his police officer friend, Shinya Saito, about an unusual murder: a woman appeared to give birth through her abdomen, with an umbilical cord emerging, while three men simultaneously died after blowing bubbles from their mouths. Soon after, Shinya's wife, Junko, receives a disturbing "Baby Mail" containing a message: "I have a grudge against someone trying to have a child. I will raise my child." Opening the attached file causes her cell phone’s screen to crack and a baby cries from it. A month later, Junko is discovered in a similar state to the original murder. Despite having had her period a month prior, she is found to be four months pregnant.
