Description:

The planet faces an unprecedented drought as a group of criminals deplete Earth's remaining water reserves. Top secret agents gather urgently, but are clueless about the threat. Meanwhile, the villainous Botijola plots to sabotage the meeting and convert the water into a substitute, attempting to kidnap the eccentric Professor Bacterio to help him. However, Botijola didn't anticipate Bacterio hiding his invention's components throughout history using a time machine. And unexpectedly, two international agents – Mortadelo and Filemón – who missed the sabotaged meeting become humanity’s last hope.
