Caged Birds (2021)

Jordan Lucas, a wealthy Black high school senior, is eagerly anticipating college. He's frequently bullied and struggles with self-assurance. When his arrogant cousin, EJ, is publicly humiliated by a white student named Blake, Jordan enlists EJ and Kevonte, a student from a different community, to stage a robbery prank against Blake. The prank spirals out of control, and the three boys must work together to avoid getting caught. This situation forces them all to confront difficult truths about their experiences as Black individuals in a suburban environment.
