Keita’s First Dream of the New Year (Director’s Cut) (2009)

Anchor Headquarters is highly secure, with strict rules against outside access to protect their operations. During a lunch break, Chigusa temporarily lifted this rule, and the agents eagerly took advantage of the opportunity. However, a large order placed at the Chinese restaurant takes an unexpectedly long time to prepare, and there's no indication it will arrive before lunchtime ends. As hunger and frustration grow among the agents, news arrives of a major cyberattack at the Kasumigaseki Central Information Management Center.
