Description:
This is the true story of Ernest “Kilroy” Roybal, who rose to become one of California's most powerful mob bosses. Born in Boyle Heights in 1939, Kilroy was a physically gifted young man with potential in boxing and baseball, but he was drawn to a life of crime. Starting with the White Fence gang at a young age, he quickly became involved in organized crime, eventually joining the Mexican Mafia. Spending over four decades in various state prisons, including Folsom and San Quentin, Kilroy earned a reputation as a violent and formidable figure. Later in life, he encounters someone who challenges his dominance. Kilroy’s life demonstrates the possibility of transformation through faith.
