5 Fitas (2020)

Each year in Salvador, Brazil, a large, traditional festival celebrates Senhor do Bonfim, drawing believers, tourists, and partygoers to the church to tie ribbons and make wishes. Two brothers, Pedro and Gabriel, have heard their grandmother's prayers and stories about Senhor do Bonfim since childhood. On the day of the festival, they decide to leave home and join the crowds, hoping to ask for a football – something they've always lacked, especially a father figure. Amidst the vibrant celebration, they grapple with their grandmother’s traditional beliefs as they experience the modern festival, prompting questions about faith, cultural blending, public expression, and the significance of family.
