Life on the Ledge (2005)

Brian Leib, a 32-year-old man living with his parents, lives a highly structured, isolated life, only leaving his home for appointments with his psychiatrist. His days follow a strict routine, centered around a loaf of bread he consumes in a specific order, providing him with a sense of completion. Facing a life-threatening tumor, Brian finds the courage to connect with Claire, another patient of his psychiatrist. Claire, a stripper with a difficult past, allows Brian to see beyond her defenses. Protecting Claire leads Brian into a dangerous world of gangsters, forcing him to confront his fears and rediscover his will to live. But has he found it too late?
