Moonlight Sonata (2010)

Following a painful breakup, Sean Grey battles unhappiness as a worsening infection spreads across his arm. Confined to his room, he tries to piece together what happened. Meanwhile, many other students are also getting sick. When it becomes clear a mysterious agency is involved, anxieties about a larger crisis grow. That night, people transform into terrifying creatures, and MacQuaid, usually self-centered, is unexpectedly put in charge of guiding the remaining students to safety.
