A Voyage in Dwelling (2008)

These films explore the complexities of female desire, examining the gap between a woman's reality and her fantasies. They sensitively portray how the traditional idea of a man returning to a familiar life doesn't apply to Benedikte. Instead, she experiences a constant sense of change, never finding herself back where she started. Filmed on a remote island and a weathered Polish ferry, the trilogy features an original soundtrack by Dorit Chrysler, known for her Theremin work, and American transgender singer/songwriter Baby Dee.
