Of Monster Mode (2008)

A young man in a green Martian costume is manipulated by a demanding housewife, shifting the film between realistic moments and bizarre absurdity. Following her son’s death, Junko (Otori Rei) begins acting erratically, pushing her husband to leave for another woman. Katsura Tombo (Oda Yonosuke), the bread salesman in the costume, neglects his job, seemingly forgetting the purpose of his disguise. He's essentially taken captive by Junko and develops feelings for her, though she has different plans for the naive salesman. The Martian is driven around in his aunt’s van, but his efforts to be helpful go unappreciated.
