The Beatles – Unsurpassed Promos (2011)

This collection features at least one version of every Beatles song recorded as a mimed performance. The audio has been expertly re-edited and synchronized from the original mono mixes, presented in high-quality wav format for optimal listening. The video has also been improved, with all timecodes and unnecessary elements removed. The set includes all the "Intertel" promotional videos filmed with the band in 1965 and 1966, sourced from original materials. It also contains numerous other rare mimed performances from television shows like "Ready Steady Go," "Thank Your Lucky Stars," and "Big Night Out." The first volume concludes with ten songs from The Beatles' first two films, remastered in mono and presented in their original 4:3 aspect ratio. "Tell Me Why," "If I Fell," and "The Night Before" have been restored to their full length, and all tracks from "A Hard Day's Night" are now playing at the correct speed.
