Description:
Every fall, Japan is hit by typhoons in September. This year, a new student named Saburô, with striking red hair, arrives at a small elementary school in the mountains as the storm season begins. The villagers believe Saburô, who came from the city, is the spirit they call "Matasaburô, the wind." Over two weeks in autumn, Matasaburô and the children explore nature through various experiments.
