Che, la eterna mirada (2005)

In June 1997, Argentine and Cuban scientists – including forensic anthropologists and geophysicists – searched the site of the old Vallegrande airfield in Bolivia for the remains of Che Guevara and his six companions, who had been buried there three decades prior. This documentary details not only the scientific process and the discovery of their skeletal remains, but also recounts the events of October 8, 1967, when Che was captured in the battle of Vado del Yeso against Bolivian Rangers, and subsequently executed the following day at the La Higuera schoolhouse.
