Description:
Four friends hosting a backyard barbecue decide to get some marijuana. Unable to find any locally, they obtain it from the son of a powerful mob boss named Fredrico, who threatens severe consequences if his son is harmed. Following a tragic accident, the friends go on the run, seeking help from Krego, a longtime friend of one of them. Krego warns them that Fredrico is formidable and inescapable. Their only recourse is to undergo underground plastic surgery, requiring a five-hundred-mile road trip. They must evade Fredrico's deadly assassin, Venus, and other dangerous individuals. The film explores whether their predicament was simply bad luck or a consequence of their actions.
