MONTAGE 11 (2003)

MONTAGE 11 FAST FORWARD REWIND is a palindrome video exploring São Paulo, Rome, and the history of Italian immigrants in Brazil. The film weaves together footage of São Paulo streets with those of Rome, focusing on the historic "House of the Immigrants" in the borough of Bras. Interspersed are photos, memories, and portraits of people, blending past and present realities. Uniquely, the video's music was composed simultaneously with the editing process to achieve a seamless integration of sound and image. It has not yet been publicly released.
