This film chronicles the life stories of women who have spent over 40 years searching for their grandchildren, who were kidnapped and disappeared and whom they have never known. Through firsthand accounts, the Grandmothers of Plaza de Mayo share their experiences as ordinary women whose lives were irrevocably altered by an extraordinary and horrific event. For more than four decades, they have tirelessly dedicated themselves to finding their grandchildren and restoring their identities.
