Description:
A team of four Stockholm police officers regularly patrol the city in their van, often resorting to batons against intoxicated or suspected criminals. Recently, witnesses have reported them apprehending a drunk who was later found dead, a claim the officers deny. Inspector Jarnebring is assigned to investigate and discovers the team has a history of excessive force, with 22 prior complaints. Soon after, a second criminal dies in their custody within the van.
