Ramzi, a magazine photographer, frequently photographs attractive female models, despite his own modest demeanor. Married to a beautiful wife, he repeatedly finds himself drawn to other women, maintaining relationships with three sweethearts. This leads him into a life of deception. After being struck by a motorcycle, Ramzi develops a bizarre condition: he perceives young women as elderly and elderly women as young. Unable to find a cure through modern or traditional medicine, Ramzi's condition is dismissed as mental illness by those around him, including his wife, Ana, who ultimately has him committed to a psychiatric hospital due to his unchanging expressions.
