Sibelius Continuum (2019)

Pilot intern Aino is tasked with finding a lost space probe that crashed in the Arctic. Her search takes a bizarre turn, leading her and her colleagues on a journey to explore the mysteries of modern humanity. The film blends monologues, mixed-media visuals, and explorations of contemporary experience, satirizing European rationalism and the alienation of our techno-capitalist age. It delves into themes of imagined futures, communication breakdowns, the legacy of Jean Sibelius, and, ultimately, the reindeer of the north.
