Description:
Adolf Hitler aids Subhas Chandra Bose's Azad Hind Fauj, a group of Indians disillusioned with Mahatma Gandhi's non-violent approach to forcing the British out of India. Balbir Singh, from Punjab, is among them, having left his wife Amrita and son Veer behind. Amrita, a Gandhi follower, patiently awaits his return. Gandhi writes to Hitler, calling him "dear friend" and pleading for an end to the violence. As Allied forces close in on Germany, Hitler, facing defections but supported by loyalists, remains determined to continue, even planning to marry his longtime mistress, Eva Braun. Meanwhile, Balbir and the Fauj risk their lives navigating dangerous paths.
