Description:
In a town in the Ile de France, three storylines unfold. Louis, a divorced café owner, enjoys casual flirtations but avoids deeper connections, developing a fondness for Sabine, a prostitute he frequently encounters at a local hotel. His sister Agnès, a teacher seemingly content in her marriage to Jean-Philippe, feels neglected by his demanding work habits and lack of affection. She reconnects with Stéphane, a childhood acquaintance recently back in town, who becomes fixated on a nearby young family. The film gradually reveals the unspoken emotions and desires of these three central characters, questioning whether any of them will find happiness.
