Have You Heard From Johannesburg: Hell Of A Job (2010)

Oliver Tambo, then Deputy President of the ANC, flees South Africa and begins a 30-year global campaign for democracy. With internal resistance defeated by the apartheid government, Tambo becomes central to the liberation struggle. He initially gains support from newly independent African nations and appeals to the United Nations, urging sanctions and isolation to pressure the apartheid regime into negotiations. However, Western powers refuse to act, compelling Tambo to seek alternative support. He secures assistance from the Soviet Union to establish a guerrilla army, a move that draws him into the Cold War and significantly impacts his international efforts for years.
