Beyond the Wall of Sleep (2006)

Joe Slaader, a reclusive mountain man, is confined to the Ulster County Asylum after a horrific family tragedy. But Edward Eischel, a young intern, perceives something beyond mere savagery in Slaader. He believes Slaader is connected to a larger, more sinister presence.
