Her Noise – The Making Of (2006)

Her Noise was an exhibition held in South London Gallery in 2005, with related events at Tate Modern and the Goethe-Institut, London. The show brought together artists from around the world who explore social issues, inspire change, or reveal hidden sounds through sound art. It featured new works by Kim Gordon & Jutta Koether, Hayley Newman, Kaffe Matthews, Christina Kubisch, Emma Hedditch, and Marina Rosenfeld. A key goal of the project was to examine the history of music and sound through a gendered lens, with the aim of creating a valuable resource on this topic.
