Description:
Eighteen-year-old Cindy, a spirited New Yorker of Italian descent, is sent to Rome with her difficult stepmother and vain stepsisters. During the journey, she meets and falls for Mizio, a free-spirited traveler who is revealed to be of Italian nobility. A quirky astrologer acts as a sort of fairy godmother, and the trip includes a dance and a moment where Cindy loses a shoe. The question is: what happens next?
