In spring 2007, Imogen Heap travels to Maui, Hawaii, to write her third solo album. Documenting the entire process with a video camera, she continues filming until the album earns her a Grammy Award. With filmmaker Justine Pearsall, the film captures every stage: the writing trip, her return home to build a studio in her childhood playroom, and the songs themselves – exploring their origins and journey to completion.
