Description:
A vigilante known as "Dr. Q" brutally eliminates criminals who have escaped justice through legal loopholes. He posts videos of his killings online. While pursuing ordinary criminals, a young, impulsive cop named Bong and his seasoned partner Na investigate, but find themselves at odds with their S.T.F. counterparts, Lt. Pyo and Kang. Pyo discovers a problem within the S.T.F. headquarters and asks Kang to keep it hidden. Pyo's increasingly questionable actions make Kang question his trustworthiness. Bong and Na are assigned to work directly with the S.T.F., leading to frequent conflicts with Pyo due to their contrasting approaches. The investigation ultimately points to The Ilsim Ring, a secretive assassination group comprised of high-ranking law enforcement officials.
