Ip-sae (Kim Se-in) is a caregiver whose full figure attracts unwanted attention from the men in her hospital ward. She is devoted only to her husband, Cheon-dong (Jo Min-joon), but their first night together is thwarted by an accident that leaves him physically impaired. Ip-sae assures him that her love transcends physical intimacy, but Cheon-dong rejects this idea and plans to kill her, believing life without her is meaningless. Determined to die together, they embark on a suicide trip. During the journey, Ip-sae encounters Ha-kyoon (Ahn Sang-hoi) and experiences a different kind of love, leading her to end her relationship with Cheon-dong, who feels betrayed.
