Tequila: The Movie (2003)

"Tequila" follows Mike, a successful entrepreneur with a great life: a thriving online business, a girlfriend named Natasha, and three close friends – Noel, Jason, and Tien. Five years later, his world falls apart. Natasha is gone, and Mike deeply regrets hiring Jason, a friend struggling with emotional issues.
