Ablutions (2005)

The film begins with two streams of water falling parallel to each other. A woman's torso appears in the background on the left side of the screen, while a man's torso mirrors her on the right. Both figures slowly move towards the front and into the light, holding their hands in the water for an extended period before fading into silhouettes. The artist has described this as a purification ritual similar to those performed in Japanese Zen temples.
