Fogg (2018)

Matthew Fogg is exceptionally intelligent, but he's also a carefully constructed sociopath who's willing to do anything for a reaction, even if it harms others. He cares only for himself. Dr. Maggie O’Shea is an ambitious neuroscientist working on a cure for sociopathy – a treatment intended to give sociopaths emotions and empathy. Fogg becomes fixated on Maggie and joins her research. When she discovers his hidden past, she puts herself in danger. To stop him, she must break the rules to ensure he faces justice.
