Description:
While visiting Florence, Camille experiences what feels like a devastating flood. She is quickly admitted to a psychiatric hospital and diagnosed with Stendhal Syndrome, a temporary psychological reaction to overwhelming beauty often affecting sensitive art tourists. Considered harmless, the doctors want her returned home. Back in her country, Camille must confront a tragedy she's been avoiding: her mother disappeared just before she left. Believing she needs to accept this loss for her well-being, Camille resolves to finally let go of the hope of her mother's return. However, when she travels to Matane, the last known location of her mother, she uncovers a series of clues that trigger a powerful emotional journey.
