Description:
Gao Xiang is a high-ranking figure in the insurance industry who secretly orchestrates various criminal activities and enjoys manipulating the police. A major gun robbery occurs on the Chengmen River, resulting in the loss of $1.5 million. The perpetrator is a transnational criminal. Since the stolen money was insured by Xiang's company, he investigates and concludes that an inside person must be involved. This sparks a criminal opportunity for Xiang: he plans to ambush the escort company and obtain the refund vehicle's route to rob the money. He then forms a plan and connects with the escort company's female manager.
