Description:
Following the murder of the corrupt mayor, Abdullah, a homicidal janitor, finds employment with a butcher who has created a unique language for the town's upcoming futuristic theme park. The butcher shop contains a septic tank where meat scraps are discarded, resulting in the creation of "balonium," a radioactive fuel desired by extraterrestrials. The aliens revive the deceased mayor, whose body is stored in the butcher shop's meat locker, in an effort to obtain the balonium.
